Finding Wellbeing through Art Therapy

Alana Stewart is an Art Psychotherapist who founded Finding Wellbeing Art Therapy & Counselling. Her vision is to give people who have been made to feel "different" a safe space where they can process their experiences, access their unique inner-wisdom and feel empowered to be who they really are meant to be.

Whether it is an experience of living with a disability, chronic illness, mental illness, having lived through a trauma, or other experience, Alana offers you an open and validating space, open to all ages. Alana helps you to engage in a creative process where you can explore your experiences, find your inner-strengths and navigate through "stuck" emotions to find your way towards inner-wellbeing.
